Overview

NYRO 2035 ("NYRO", "we", "our") operates the platform at nyrosites.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have. We keep this document plain and specific — no filler, no legalese for its own sake.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. If you add billing details, those are transmitted directly to our payment processor (see below) — we do not store raw card numbers.
  • Usage data. We log actions you take inside the platform — site builds, domain searches, affiliate link additions, page previews, and dashboard interactions. This telemetry powers our conversion lab and helps us improve the product.
  • Technical data. Standard server logs include your IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, and timestamps. We retain these for security and debugging.
  • Cookies and local storage. We use session cookies to keep you logged in and first-party analytics cookies to measure platform usage. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or sell your browsing data to advertisers.
  • Communications. If you contact us by email or submit a support request, we retain the correspondence to resolve your issue and improve our support.

How we use your information

  • To operate your account and deliver the platform services you subscribed to.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, launch notifications).
  • To send product updates and marketing emails — you can opt out any time.
  • To detect fraud, abuse, or terms violations.
  • To improve platform features using aggregated, de-identified analytics.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party processors

We share data only with processors that need it to operate the service:

  • Payment processing. Billing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe receives your payment card details directly under PCI-DSS compliance. We only store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
  • Analytics. We use first-party analytics to track aggregate platform usage. If we integrate a third-party analytics provider, it will be listed here with a link to its privacy policy.
  • Hosting and infrastructure. Our servers and object storage run on cloud infrastructure providers. Your data is stored in encrypted form at rest and in transit.
  • Email delivery. Transactional emails are sent via a third-party SMTP relay. Your email address is shared with this provider solely to deliver messages you requested.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we delete your personal information within 60 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance (e.g., billing records for tax purposes, typically 7 years). Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your data (right to erasure).
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
  • Port your data to another service in a machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time (unsubscribe link in every email).

To exercise any of these rights, email support@nyrosites.com from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

NYRO is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
